About High Country RV
High Country RV is a family-run mobile repair company built by Bryon Honea — from helping RV owners on the side to a full-time business serving Northern Arizona.
Bryon Honea got started in the RV business almost by accident. While working on the installation of an RV park, he found himself helping owners with the repairs and quirks their rigs kept presenting — a water heater that would not light, a slide that stopped halfway, a generator that ran rough at elevation. The work suited him, and the owners kept asking for him by name.
What began as side work quickly became a real passion. When the park project wrapped up, Bryon moved home to the Williams area, formed an LLC, and committed to doing it properly: a licensed, insured, family-run mobile service with his name on the door and his reputation on every call.
Within two years the business had grown enough to expand its capabilities, purchasing another RV service operation to deepen its generator expertise. Today, generator diagnosis and repair is one of the company’s specialties — alongside the full range of systems that make an RV livable: plumbing, electrical, LP appliances, refrigeration, heating, cooling, awnings, and the roof over all of it.
The scope is simple to describe: everything on an RV except the chassis. Engines and driveline belong to the truck shops; the house on top belongs to High Country RV.
How we work
A small company lives or dies on repeat customers and word of mouth. These four commitments are how High Country RV earns both.
A diagnosis you can trust beats a guess that comes back. Every call starts with understanding the whole system, not just the loudest symptom.
You hear what we found, what it will take, and what it will cost before work begins — and straight answers about scheduling, even when the answer is not what you hoped.
An RV is often someone's home, vacation, or both. We protect surfaces, clean up after ourselves, and treat your rig the way we would treat our own.
There is no call center and no rotating cast of technicians. The person who answers is the person responsible for the work, and the name on the truck is the family name.
“We had a problem with our inverter and Bryon came out the next day, ordered the part, and installed it as soon as it came in. We kept our trip schedule. Always nice to deal with good honest people.”
