Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By requesting service from High Country RV LLC, doing business as High Country RV, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services provided
High Country RV provides mobile RV repair, maintenance, and inspection services for house systems, appliances, propane systems, electrical systems, plumbing, roofing, generators, awnings, and structural components. We do not service engines, drivetrains, transmissions, or chassis components.
3. Estimates and payment
We provide estimates before work begins whenever possible. The final cost may vary if additional issues are discovered during inspection or repair. If the scope of work changes, we will communicate the revised estimate and obtain your approval before proceeding. Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Scheduling, access, and cancellation
You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the RV at the scheduled service location. This includes obtaining any required permission from campgrounds, RV parks, storage facilities, or property owners. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Warranty
Parts and materials installed by High Country RV are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Our workmanship is warranted as communicated at the time of service. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, pre-existing conditions, or unrelated component failure.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. High Country RV sends two types of text messages. Transactional messages include appointment confirmations, estimate updates, service arrival notices, and invoice reminders. Promotional messages, which include special offers and seasonal service reminders, are sent only to customers who provide separate express written consent.
How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the consent box on a form at highcrv.com, or by providing express written consent directly to High Country RV.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is never required to purchase goods or services from High Country RV.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. Message delivery is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, but availability may vary.

7. Limitation of liability
High Country RV is not liable for pre-existing damage, unrelated mechanical failures, consequential damages, or losses arising from the use or inability to use your RV. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
